Ben Lynn

Ben Lynn is a seasoned payroll professional currently serving as the Benefits and Compensation Business Partner at Berry Bros. & Rudd since September 2021. Prior experience includes leading payroll operations at Gensler as the Payroll Lead, where responsibilities expanded with the introduction of a payroll administrator, and working as a Payroll Officer handling payroll for multiple groups, including employees in the Middle East and the UK. Ben began their career in payroll at ADP as a Payroll Specialist, followed by roles at GBM Support Services Group and Walk the Walk Worldwide. Educational qualifications include a Foundation degree in Payroll Management from the University of Worcester and a BA(Hons) in International Relations from the University of the West of England.
