Brittany Brown is an experienced professional in the hospitality and wine industries, currently serving as a Credit Controller at Berry Bros. & Rudd Ltd since October 2019. Prior to this role, Brittany worked as a Sommelier at Heckfield Place for three months and as a Cheese Monger at THYME & TIDES LIMITED before that. Brittany has a strong background in wine and cheese, having held positions such as Assistant to the Head Sommelier and Supervisor at Packing House Wines, as well as Cheesemonger at Cheese Cave. Earlier experience includes serving roles at Hillstone Restaurant Group and Union On Yale, alongside a position as Kitchen Manager/Houseparent at Julian Youth Academy. Brittany’s education includes certifications from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, the Court of Master Sommeliers, and the International Wine Guild, complemented by training at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts.
