Gary Waters

Gary Waters has extensive experience in higher education administration, currently serving as the Former Vice President of Enrollment Management and Chief of Staff at Berry College since May 2008. Prior to this role, Gary served as the Executive Director of the Foundation at SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry from May 1997 to August 1999. Educational qualifications include a Doctorate in Higher Education Administration from The University of Alabama (1993-1996), an MBA in Business Administration from Berry College (1986-1989), and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Berry College (1978-1980).
