The Governance and Oversight team at Berry College is responsible for ensuring effective decision-making and strategic direction within the institution. Composed of key leaders including the Chief of Staff, Vice President of Finance, and the President, along with multiple Trustees, this team oversees compliance with policies and regulations, facilitates communication across various levels of the organization, and steers the college's mission and values while collaborating on long-term financial and operational planning.
