Irene Alvarado is an innovative technology leader currently serving as Founder and CEO of Berry Fertility, a mobile app designed for patients undergoing fertility treatments. In addition, Irene co-founded Early Works, where the role of Head of Engineering involves incubating and building companies across various industries. Prior to these ventures, Irene held prominent positions at GitHub as a Staff Research Engineer, New York University as an Adjunct Professor, and Google as a Senior Software Engineer and Creative Technologist. Berry is a mobile app for patients undergoing fertility treatments (IVF, IUI, egg freezing). It provides real-time treatment information via a modern, simple-to-use interface with calendar and medication tracking tools. Berry was created to give patients the information, tools, and support they need to be their own best advocates in their fertility journeys.
