Tom Salmon

Tom Salmon has had a distinguished career in the plastics and packaging industry, recently retiring from Berry Global, Inc. in January 2024, where Tom served as Chairman & Chief Executive Officer from December 2011 to September 2023. Prior to this role, Tom held various leadership positions within Berry Global, overseeing multiple divisions, including the Consumer Packaging Division with a $2.8 billion P&L responsibility. Tom's earlier experience includes leadership roles at several companies such as President at Berry Plastics, Covalence Specialty Adhesives, and Tyco Plastics, as well as significant managerial roles at Allied Signal/Honeywell and GE Plastics. Tom's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Bonaventure University.
