Cynthia H. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. In 2013, they began their career at the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services as an Administrator, where they focused on improving customer service and implemented change management strategies to enhance organizational health. From 2019 to 2021, they served as a Director at OIS Management Services, overseeing various operational functions such as policy development, procurement, supply chain management, and HR learning management. In 2022, Cynthia became the Chief Operations Officer at Siena Francis House, where they led operations and provided strategic direction. Cynthia also founded DRIC ASSOCIATES in 2020. Currently, they hold the role of Director of Organizational Development and Client Service at Berry Law, where they continue to contribute their expertise.

Cynthia H. has an extensive education history. Cynthia began their academic journey in 2006 at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology in 2010. Cynthia continued their studies at the same institution from 2010 to 2013 and earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human and Family Services Administration.

In 2015, Cynthia pursued further education at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Cynthia completed their Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Public Management in 2017.

Recently, Cynthia has been working towards a Ph.D. in Business Psychology at The Chicago School. Cynthia started their doctoral studies in 2020 and is expected to complete their degree in 2024.

Alongside their educational pursuits, Cynthia has also obtained additional certifications. In 2022, they completed the CITI Human Subjects Protection Training for Social and Behavioral Research from the CITI Program. Additionally, they obtained Filevine Professional certifications (Levels 1-2) from Filevine in 2023.
