Fiona Herbu

Fiona Herbu has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as Acting Team Leader in Talent Acquisition at Berry Street since September 2019. Fiona's roles at Berry Street also include Lead Talent Advisor for Residential Care Services and Talent Acquisition Partner, showcasing a strong focus on recruitment and human resource management. Prior to this, Fiona worked as a Household Manager for a Private Family from December 2013 to September 2019 and briefly as an Executive Assistant at Vocus Group Limited. Fiona's earlier experience includes serving as ABA Program Supervisor at the Northern Centre for Child Development and working as a Behavioural Therapist from August 2006 to December 2017.
