Kelly Elgin

Kelly Elgin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program coordination, instructional design, and youth services. Currently serving as a Senior Learning & Design Administration Officer at Berry Street since May 2023, Kelly previously worked as a Program Coordinator for Kids In Philanthropy and a Booking Coordinator at Booked Out Speakers Agency, where strong relationships with educators were cultivated. Kelly's earlier roles include a Board Member at John Street Early Childhood Co-Operative and an Instructional Designer at Liberate eLearning, where skills in content design and stakeholder engagement were developed. As Northern Regional Manager at Whitelion, Kelly managed multiple youth mentoring and employment programs, demonstrating expertise in program delivery and stakeholder management.
