Cantika Tania

Cantika Tania has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 10 years. Cantika began their career in 2006 as a Marketing Promoter at PT. Indonet, where they were responsible for handling promotional programs, designing marketing tools, and preparing legal documents for partnerships. In 2007, Cantika briefly worked as a Customer Service Coordinator at Carrefour. Cantika then joined PT. Mitra Adiperkasa, Tbk in 2008 as a Merchandiser for Debenhams Department Store, where they handled multiple consignments, maintained relationships with suppliers, and monitored sales productivity. In 2011, Cantika took on the role of Product Manager Guess Handbags at PT. Gilang Agung Persada, where they handled the buying process, prepared buying-related documents, and determined product grading based on sell-through history. From 2013 to 2015, they served as a Brand Manager at PT. Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk, and focused on building and managing brands. Most recently, Cantika worked at Berrybenka as a Senior Merchandising Manager, where they focused on sales strategy and inventory management, collaborated closely with the design and production team, and brainstormed online marketing and sales strategies.

Cantika Tania started their education at SMU 61 from 1998 to 2001. Following that, they attended Trisakti University from 2001 to 2005, where they earned their S1 degree in Economics.
