Soumya Joshi

Soumya Joshi is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in personnel management. Currently serving as Manager of Human Resources at BerryBox Benefits since November 2024, Soumya previously held the position of Assistant Manager - HR at Practo from June 2019 to November 2024. Prior experience includes working as a Human Resources Executive at NestAway Technologies Pvt Ltd from May 2017 to June 2019 and completing a summer internship in Human Resources Management at Atlas Copco (India) Ltd. in May 2014. Soumya holds a Master's degree in Personnel Management from Gokhale Education Society's Sir Dr. M. S. Gosavi Institute of Business Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from CHME Society's Bhonsala Military College.
