Sean Buchanan

Sean Buchanan has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Sean started their career at Harrisonville Tractor Company as a Territory Sales Representative, where they gained experience in equipment sales and operations. Sean then became the Owner/Operator of Arnold's Lawn and Garden, managing various aspects of the business. Later, they joined KC Bobcat as the Division Sales Manager and Assistant Rental Manager. At Foley Equipment, Sean held roles such as General Manager/Rental & CCE Sales Manager, Six Sigma Black Belt, and Marketing Manager, where they focused on customer satisfaction, market research, and process improvement. Currently, Sean is the Senior Director of Marketing and Projects at Berry Companies, Inc., where they have previously served as the Assistant Chief Operating Officer and Director of Corporate Services. In their roles at Berry Companies, they have provided marketing direction, project management, and process improvements for enhanced customer experience and profitability. Sean Buchanan earned an Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Kansas State University, where they attended from 1990 to 1993. Sean then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Management and Human Relations (MHR) from MidAmerica Nazarene University, completing their studies in 2002. Sean continued their education at MidAmerica Nazarene University and obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree between 2002 and 2004.
