Previous roles include Assistant Technical Manager and Technical Graduate, with experience gained from Harper Adams University where Max engaged in student ambassador activities, and from Marks and Spencer where responsibilities included managing internal technical projects and customer service. Max holds a BSc (Hons) in Agri-Food Marketing with Business Studies from Harper Adams University and is currently pursuing an MSc in Food Security at Lancaster University, alongside additional qualifications in marketing and management from professional institutes.
