Cristina Cortés

Cristina Cortés has had a diverse range of work experience in the fashion industry. Cristina is currently working as an Art Director at Bershka since April 2022, and previously held the position of Senior Stylist there from January 2020 to December 2022. Prior to their time at Bershka, Cristina was the Founder & Creative Director of The Shoot Guide, a website for creative workers in fashion, from June 2018 onwards. Cristina also worked as a freelance Stylist & Creative Consultant from March 2019 to January 2020.

Before their freelance work, Cristina was a Senior Stylist & Producer at Stradivarius from March 2018 to March 2019, and a Fashion Stylist there from May 2017 to March 2018. Cristina gained experience as an Online Styling Assistant at YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP from September 2015 to March 2016, and as an Assistant Stylist at Urban Outfitters Europe & Asia from January 2015 to August 2015. Cristina also worked as an Assistant Womenswear Designer at Conchita Perez from August 2013 to October 2013.

Cristina'searly professional experience includes working as a Freelance Designer from September 2010 to October 2013, and as a Window Dresser and Visual Merchandiser at Grupo Cortefiel from October 2011 to October 2012. Cristina started their career in the fashion industry as an Assistant Stylist at Volta Moda, specifically at Spain TV, from April 2009 to December 2009.

Cristina Cortés has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fashion & Textile from E.S.I, which they obtained from 2008 to 2011. Cristina then pursued a Master's degree in Marketing & Communication Luxury and Fashion from Universidad Complutense de Madrid from 2014 to 2015. Furthermore, in 2014, they completed a program in Fashion & Textile Forecasting at Central Saint Martins, University of The Arts London. Most recently, in 2021, Cristina undertook a course in Art Direction for Fashion at Central Saint Martins, University of The Arts London.
