Adil Shahid

Adil Shahid's work experience includes various roles in finance and accounting. From 1997 to 2009, they held various positions at Subhan Enterprises, a family company, where they were involved in sales, web management, and supplier relations. Adil then worked as an Accountant at Elkjop AS from 2001 to 2004 as a summer job. Starting in 2005, they joined Gjensidige, where they served as a Trainee and later as a Product Developer, focusing on project management, risk management, and profitability analysis. In 2010, they became a Business Controller and Finance Partner at Codan Forsikring, responsible for management reporting and financial planning. From 2012 to 2017, they worked at Telenor Group as a Controller and Service Quality Manager, handling financial controlling and process development. Adil then joined Bertel O. Steen AS in 2017, where they held roles as Chief Accountant, Senior Financial Controller, Head of Financial Controlling, and currently serves as the Head of Business Controlling for Trucks & Buses. Alongside their professional career, Adil has also served as a board member for various organizations.

Adil Shahid's education history begins with their high school studies at Skedsmo videregående skole, which they attended from 1997 to 2000. During this period, they focused on general and business-related courses.

Following their high school graduation, Adil Shahid pursued their undergraduate studies at BI Norwegian Business School from 2000 to 2004. Adil obtained a Bachelor of Honour / Master of Business and Economics (Siviløkonom) degree, specializing in finance.

Adil Shahid continued their education at BI Norwegian Business School from 2004 to 2005, pursuing a Master of Science in Business with a focus on strategy.

Lastly, in 2009, Adil Shahid returned to BI Norwegian Business School and completed a Master of Science in Business degree, this time specializing in coaching.
