Wibecke Johansen has a varied and extensive work experience. Wibecke started their career as an Account Manager at European Loyalty Systems AS in 2005. In 2007, they joined Bertel O. Steen AS as a Product Specialist for Mercedes-Benz Passenger Cars, where they focused on product development and order management. Wibecke then progressed to become the Product Manager for Mercedes-Benz Passenger Cars, where they took on additional responsibilities for pricing and negotiations with suppliers. Wibecke later became the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for all car brands retailed in the company's owned retail chain. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies for brands such as Mercedes-Benz, Peugeot, Citroën, and KIA. Wibecke also played a key role in establishing a digital marketing team and implementing CRM strategies. Currently, Wibecke is the Vice President of Customer Journey and Sales Processes, leading a change program to transform customer journeys and sales processes to an omnichannel approach. Wibecke is responsible for defining and building new processes and ensuring successful organizational change within the company.
Wibecke Johansen completed their Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Relationship Management at Kristiania University College from 2002 to 2005. Wibecke later pursued a Master's degree in Management at BI Norwegian Business School from 2010 to 2013.
