Dorothee Kubitza has been a Projektassistentin at Bertelsmann Stiftung since September 2001. Kubitza holds a Bachelor of Arts in Bildungswissenschaft from FernUniversität in Hagen, obtained between 2010 and 2017. Additionally, Kubitza completed various copywriting qualifications, including a TÜV-Rheinland certified program at the Copywriting Institute in early 2023, and further training as a Copywriting Expert from the same institute. Kubitza also earned a Managementassistentin degree from the Academy of Management Assistants from 1998 to 2001.
