Martin Hullin

Martin Hullin is an accomplished leader in digitalization and policy development, currently serving as the Director of Digitalization and the Common Good at Bertelsmann Stiftung. Previously, Martin held key roles at the Internet & Jurisdiction Policy Network, including Deputy Executive Director, where operationally led an international team and a global network focused on legal interoperability in cyberspace. Co-founding the Datasphere Initiative, Martin advanced transnational collaboration on data governance among over 400 stakeholders. With a robust background in policy management for sustainable energy at REN21 and expertise in organizational development through consulting roles at UN Environment and GIZ, Martin has a comprehensive skill set complemented by degrees in International Relations, Business Management, and language certifications from various international institutions.
