Tobias Ortmann

Tobias Ortmann is an experienced project manager currently working at Bertelsmann Stiftung since April 2022 on the project "Beschäftigung im Wandel." Previously, Tobias served as an intern in project management for initiatives related to "Aufstieg durch Kompetenzen" and "Künstliche Intelligenz in der Weiterbildung." In addition to this role, Tobias has been a lecturer at Hochschule Osnabrück since September 2024, teaching communication at the Faculty of Economic and Social Sciences. Tobias's earlier experience includes positions as a student assistant focusing on quantitative methods and economic sociology at Universität Osnabrück and as an instructor in economic and social science with bfw – Unternehmen für Bildung. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Sociology from Universität Osnabrück and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences and Psychology from Bielefeld University.
