Dr. Gabriele Becker currently serves as the Head of Leadership Programs and Program Director at Bertelsmann University, positions held since January 2006, and has also managed projects related to leadership instruments within Corporate Management Development. Prior to this, Dr. Becker was the Head of Personnel Development at arvato systems, a Bertelsmann company, from July 2001 to December 2005. Earlier academic experience includes serving as an Assistant Professor at the chair of Differential Psychology, Personality Psychology, and Psychological Diagnostics from 1996 to 2001, where Dr. Becker conducted lectures and seminars in Psychological Methods and Personality Psychology. Dr. Becker's educational qualifications include a Certificate in Systemic Coaching from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht and training from the Saarländische Gesellschaft für Systemtherapie, complemented by studies at the University of Trier in Germany.
