Dr. Martina Mönninghoff

Dr. Martina Mönninghoff is the current Head of Bertelsmann University and Senior Vice President at Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA, where they lead corporate learning programs and initiatives aimed at preparing executives and employees for future challenges. Having previously held various roles within Bertelsmann, including Vice President and Director of Corporate Management Development, Dr. Mönninghoff has extensive experience in HR strategy and leadership development. They earned a Diplom in Organizational Psychology and a doctoral degree from Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster and have completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School Online and INSEAD.
