Kerstin Samberger

Kerstin Samberger serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer for Bertelsmann Investments, having joined Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA in June 2014. In various leadership roles, including Senior Director of Corporate HR and Director of Corporate Human Resources, Kerstin has been pivotal in coordinating core HR processes, managing expatriates, and overseeing talent management initiatives. Previous experiences include strategic HR roles at Bertelsmann and an internship at Commerzbank AG focused on talent management. Kerstin's educational background includes a Master of Science from ESCP Business School and executive education at renowned institutions such as INSEAD and Stanford University.
