Lena Lickteig

Lena Lickteig is a data and AI strategy leader at Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA, currently managing AI transformation initiatives and partnerships since September 2021. Lena serves as the co-lead of the Advanced Analytics Community, facilitating knowledge sharing and organizational synergies. Prior to this role, Lena held various data scientist positions within the Bertelsmann Future Leaders Program, working on innovative projects across companies such as Penguin Random House and RTL Netherlands. With a strong educational background, including Master's degrees in Big Data and Public Policy Economics, Lena also contributes to Statistics Without Borders as an interim co-lead of the Project Client Management Committee and has experience in project management and research across diverse sectors.
