Carcy Cécile

Carcy Cécile has a diverse background in optical engineering and research. They most recently worked at Bertin Technologies as an Optical Engineer starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Outsight - 3D Semantic Camera as an Optical Engineer from 2020 to 2022.

Before entering industry, Carcy pursued their Ph.D. at Institut d'Optique Graduate School from 2016 to 2020. During their Ph.D., they focused on optical and magnetic system design, assembly, and characterization, as well as the use of optical and electronic imaging devices.

Carcy gained valuable practical experience through internships. They worked as an Internship Trainee at Swinburne University of Technology from 2015 to 2016, and at UCSB Department of Physics from 2013 to 2013.

Carcy Cécile began their education at Lycée Pierre De Fermat from 2008 to 2011, where they pursued a Prepa MPSI/MP* degree in Mathematics. Carcy then attended École normale supérieure de Lyon from 2011 to 2014, earning a Licence degree in Physics. In 2014, Carcy enrolled at Institut d'Optique Graduate School and completed a Master 2 (M2) degree in Physique appliquée / Ingénierie physique from 2014 to 2015.
