Shauna Castellanos

Shauna Castellanos joined Bertram in 2019 as Vice President of Talent and Operations overseeing the firm’s human resources, employee development and internal operations functions. Prior to joining Bertram, Shauna led HR and operations teams in the education and tech industries. Most recently she worked as a close partner with the Chan-Zuckerberg Initiative to build a national non-profit organization from the ground up.
