Ultimate Coach at Bertschi School

Vida Towne has extensive experience in education and coaching, currently serving as an Ultimate Coach and Physical Education Teacher at Bertschi School since 1998, where responsibilities include curriculum development and the organization of annual Field Day for 200 students. In addition to roles at Bertschi School, Vida has held positions such as Librarian, and Ultimate Coach at Robert Eagle Staff Middle School, overseeing mixed teams for grades 6-8. Coaching accolades include Head Coach for the U17 Girls YCC Program with DiscNW and leadership roles for U17 Girls USA Ultimate Juniors World Teams in 2004 and 2006, as well as coaching the Girls Varsity team at The Northwest School from 2000 to 2010. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Art History and Italian Studies from Wesleyan University and a Master’s Degree in Human Development from Pacific Oaks College.
