Lucy Ramsbottom

Lucy Ramsbottom serves as the Head of Research at Berwick Partners since August 2017, where leadership in senior management recruitment across diverse sectors is emphasized. Previously, Lucy held roles as a Senior Researcher in the Financial Leadership Practice and the Healthcare Practice at Odgers Berndtson, contributing to executive search in both public and private sectors from May 2015 to August 2017. Lucy began a career at RMG (Recruitment Management Group) as a Senior Executive Search Consultant from September 2007 to May 2015. Academic qualifications include a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from Lancaster University, completed from 2004 to 2007, along with prior education at Alcester Grammar School and Alcester High School.
