Rupert Taylor is the CEO of Padeltastic Ltd, trading as SMASH PADEL, where they focus on building and operating Padel Tennis centres in the UK. With a strong background in capital markets, Rupert previously served as Executive Director at Lehman Brothers and Nomura, and as Founder and Director at AltFi and Brismo. In addition to corporate roles, Rupert co-founded The Talent Tap, a charity that provides work experience opportunities for underprivileged school leavers. Rupert holds a Bachelor's Degree in Combined Honours in Social Sciences from Durham University.
