Andy Cruickshank has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Andy is currently the Group Operations Transformation Director at BES Group since 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an Independent Management Consultant for their own company, Cruickshank Management Consultancy Limited, from 2016 to 2018. From 2018 to 2022, they held multiple positions at Macmillan Cancer Support, including Director of Technology Strategy and Services, and Director of Planning, Governance, and Assurance. Andy also has significant experience in the cash solutions industry, having worked at G4S Cash Solutions (UK) Ltd from 2014 to 2015, and as General Manager/Operations Director at G4S Cash Centres Ltd from 2009 to 2014. Before entering the private sector, Andy served as an Army Officer in the Royal Engineers.
Andy Cruickshank attended the University of Bath from 1984 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Mechanical Engineering. Following this, in 1988-1989, they attended the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, focusing on Military and Strategic Leadership.
