Ronjon Kar

Ronjon Kar is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, strategic insights, and business optimization. Currently serving as Group Head of Strategic Insights and Head of Financial Planning & Analysis at BES Group, Ronjon is responsible for implementing scenario-based business models and overseeing budgeting and forecasting for the organization. Previously, Ronjon held various roles at Co-op, including Cost Optimisation Senior Finance Manager, where significant cost savings were achieved, as well as FP&A roles at LADbible Group and Latham & Watkins. A strong background in audit, commercial finance, and project accounting complements Ronjon's expertise, supported by a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Bristol.
