Debbie Miles McIpd

Debbie Miles MA MCIPD has over 12 years of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Debbie started their career in 2007 as a Human Resources Officer at Blackpool Coastal Housing, where they worked until 2012. From 2012 to 2014, they served as a Human Resources Advisor at the same company. In 2014, Debbie was promoted to the role of Human Resources Business Partner, a position they held until 2019. In 2019, they joined BES Utilities as the Head of Human Resources.

Debbie Miles MA MCIPD completed their education in Human Resources Management and Services. In 2011, they attended Blackpool and The Fylde College, where they obtained a Level 5 HRM qualification. Debbie continued their studies at CIPD Qualifications from 2012 to 2013 and earned a Level 7 HRM degree. Most recently, in 2017-2018, Debbie attended the University of Central Lancashire and obtained a Masters in Human Resource Management.
