Becky Lucas

Becky Lucas is an experienced Project Manager at BESA Group since October 2011, overseeing time-limited projects, managing stakeholder relationships, and reporting to senior management to ensure successful product delivery. Prior to this role, Becky served as a Private Secretary at the Scottish Government from September 2006 to December 2010, where responsibilities included managing the Minister's Private Office and providing policy support. Additionally, Becky held the position of Policy Advisor as part of the Scottish Government's Fast Stream program, engaging in policy-making and project management across various divisions. Academically, Becky holds a Masters in American Literature from the University of Leeds and a BA in English Literature from Lancaster University.
