Alain Mercier

Alain Mercier has extensive experience in information systems and network management, currently serving as DSI Adjoint at Grand Besançon Métropole since March 2007, where responsibilities include strategic planning and investment evaluation for information systems. Previously, Alain Mercier held the position of Directeur Technique, overseeing IT and telecommunications infrastructure, and managed the Systèmes Réseaux Production service. Alain Mercier also serves in a leadership role at SYNDICAT MIXTE LUMIERE, focusing on the management and expansion of communication networks and smart city initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as Responsable Systèmes Open at Crédit Agricole Group Infrastructure Platform, managing technical projects related to various operating systems. Alain Mercier holds an engineering degree in computer science from INSA Lyon, obtained in 2000.
