Mauricio Caballero Farro

Mauricio Caballero Farro is an experienced professional with a robust background in real estate management and civil engineering. Since September 2006, Mauricio has held various leadership positions at Besco Perú, including Gerente General, Gerente General Adjunto, and Gerente de Proyectos Inmobiliarios. Concurrently, since April 2014, Mauricio has contributed to the academic field as a docente at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, teaching in the Master in Real Estate Management program and serving as an advisor for postgraduate theses. Earlier experience includes roles at BESCO S.A.C. as Ingeniero Jefe Oficina Técnica and at GyM S.A. as Ingeniero Oficina Técnica. Mauricio holds a Master of Business Administration from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, a Diplomado in Project Management from Universidad ESAN, and a degree in Civil Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
