Patricia Lu Nieto

Patricia Lu Nieto is an accomplished architect and project manager with extensive experience in the real estate and construction sectors. Currently serving as Jefe de proyectos at Besco since November 2020, Patricia has previously held significant roles such as Jefe de proyectos at Inmgenio and Coordinadora de proyectos at Grupo Caral. Experience includes teaching responsibility at Enseña Perú and architectural roles at various firms, where Patricia led project development, team coordination, and ensured compliance with deadlines and quality standards. Patricia's educational background includes a Master's degree in Property Management from CENTRUM PUCP and a diploma in Project Management from ESAN Graduate School of Business, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Universidad Ricardo Palma.
