Stephanie Ward

Stephanie Ward has extensive experience in various roles, primarily at Besedo since October 2010, where current responsibilities include serving as a Senior Team Leader overseeing multilingual teams and enhancing performance through coaching. Previous roles at Besedo involved mentoring agents in moderation and fraud detection, analyzing online content for abuse and fraud, and moderating Italian-language content. Prior to Besedo, experience includes customer service roles at Waterline Restaurant and Moi e Tu Hair Salon, as well as quality control at Melita Optica and machine operation at Toly Products. Stephanie's education includes attendance at St. Margerita College Verdala and Erin Seracino Inglot.
