Courtney Blackwell

Courtney Blackwell is an accomplished Program Manager at Beshenich Muir & Associates since October 2014, providing support to the Test and Evaluation Support Services Contract for the United States Army Evaluation Center. Prior experience includes roles as Director of the Joint Center for International Security Force Assistance at the US Army (2012-2014) and Deputy Director of Operations for the Army Test and Evaluation Command (2011-2012).
