Cynthia Kallberg

Cynthia Kallberg has extensive experience in military intelligence and doctrinal training, currently serving as a Warfighting Function Doctrinal Trainer, Intelligence Subject Matter Expert (SME) at Beshenich Muir & Associates since February 2022. Previous roles include similar positions at Solution One Industries Ltd and Tapestry Solutions, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed the planning and execution of technical training. Kallberg also served as an Intelligence SME at Northrop Grumman and held the position of Senior Enlisted Advisor for the MN National Guard, managing the military activities of 14,000 personnel. Kallberg possesses a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Bethel University and a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy and Russian from the University of Minnesota. Additionally, initial military experience includes a 26-year tenure in the US Army, culminating as an Intelligence Sergeant Major.
