Hussein Galal is an experienced IT professional with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Menia University, completed in 2008. Currently serving as a System Administrator at Beside Group since April 2015, Hussein manages network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls. Prior to this role, Hussein worked at M. H. Alshaya Co. from 2012 to April 2015 as a Technical Support Administrator, where responsibilities included managing warehouse client PCs and laptops, overseeing wired and wireless networks, domain control, shared data and network printing, VPNs, VLANs, server management, and supporting retail systems and databases in multiple regions.
