Jan Van Steirteghem

Jan Van Steirteghem currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer and General Manager for BESIX in Europe, with prior roles including Director of the Engineering Department and Project Director, notably managing the DBFM contract for the 2nd Coentunnel Project. Additionally, Jan Van Steirteghem holds positions as Chair of the Board of Directors and Board Vice President at SECO Group, as well as a Board Member at Aug.e. Earlier in the career, Jan served as Project Manager for the Renovation of the Velsertunnel. Jan Van Steirteghem earned a PhD in Civil Engineering Construction and a Master’s degree in Engineering and Architecture from Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
