Akemi Tsunagawa is the Founder & CEO of Bespoke Inc., a global leader in providing AI-powered chatbots for government agencies and municipalities. She has a background in institutional product development and consulting, and currently holds advisory roles in various organizations such as the Yamagata Prefectural Government, Nanto City, Dell Technologies, and The Nippon Foundation. Akemi is also actively involved in government advisory committees focusing on innovation ecosystems and digitization policies in Japan. She holds a Bachelor's degree in International Development from UCLA.
