Luis Jaime Pantoja

Luis Jaime Pantoja is an accomplished professional in the luxury hospitality and concierge industry, serving as President of Bespoke Lifestyle Management since 2010. With extensive experience, Luis has held various roles including Director of Parking Operations at Grand Wyndham Rio Mar Resort, and Concierge & Bellman at Hotel El Convento. Previous positions include Bellman at The Andrew Hotel and Owner of VIP Parking System, where supervision of multiple hospitality venues took place. Luis has a strong educational background, with a Master’s in Management in Hospitality from Cornell University, a Diploma in Lifestyle Management Services from Triangle Concierge Master Academy, and a Bachelor's in Management from Universidad Del Este, complemented by an Associate Degree in Accounting from Universidad de Puerto Rico.
