Alvaro De La Rocha has held a variety of roles in the marketing and advertising industry. Alvaro began their career in 2002 as an Assistant Account Executive at OgilvyOne. In 2004, they were promoted to Account Supervisor, where they led web development, engineering, and creative teams in the production of interactive video units and streaming video campaign microsites for TD Ameritrade. Alvaro was awarded with Echo, Cannes Lion, and ADDY's for their work. In 2007, they were promoted to Partner, Management Supervisor at Ogilvy. From 2008-2009, they were a Student at Kellogg School of Management. In 2009, they were a Product Manager MBA Intern at Microsoft. From 2010-2012, they were an Integrated Marketing Manager at Microsoft Advertising, where they drove advertiser engagement and participation through virtual and live events. From 2012-2022, they worked at Bespoke Post, where they held the roles of Chief Marketing Officer, VP Marketing, and Director of Marketing. Alvaro is currently a Board Member at Pickles Group.

Alvaro De La Rocha received their MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in 2010, with a focus on Marketing Management, Media and Managment, and Management and Organizations. Alvaro previously earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Georgetown University in 2002.
