Barb Giba

Barb Giba serves as a Leader in Philanthropy for various charitable organizations in Canada since November 2023. Currently, Barb holds the position of Senior Consultant at Bespoke Non Profit Solutions Inc. since September 2019, while also being self-employed as a Fundraising Leader since May 2019. At the University of Calgary, Barb has occupied multiple significant roles, including Associate Vice President of Development for the Cumming School of Medicine since 2008, where leadership contributed to achieving a $700M goal in the UCalgary Energize campaign and raising over $30M annually for the Faculty of Medicine. Throughout the career, Barb has demonstrated expertise in fundraising, team leadership, and strategic development in philanthropic initiatives. Education was received at Confederation College.
