Dana Fitzsimons Jr.

Dana Fitzsimons Jr. is a distinguished professional in fiduciary law with extensive experience and leadership roles. Currently a member of The International Academy of Estate and Trust Law, Dana has been a Regent and Fellow at The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel since 2012. Serving as Managing Director and Senior Fiduciary Counsel at Bessemer Trust since October 2012, Dana's career also includes a partnership at McGuireWoods LLP and active participation in the American Bar Association. Dana's teaching contributions span respected institutions and conferences across the country from 2006 to the present. Dana holds a JD from William & Mary Law School and a Bachelor of Music from Ithaca College.
