George Kern

George Kern currently serves as a Fellow at The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) since November 2022. With extensive experience in the financial services sector, George has held the position of Managing Director and Regional Director at Bessemer Trust since February 2006. Prior to this, George was Vice President and Fiduciary Manager at JP Morgan Trust Company of Delaware from September 2003 to February 2006, and worked as an Associate in the Estates and Trusts Department at Swartz Campbell from August 1999 to September 2003. Educational qualifications include an LL.M. in Tax from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law (1997-1999), a J.D. from Widener University Schools of Law (1993-1996), and a B.A. in International Relations from Ursinus College (1989-1993).
