Nicola Knight

Nicola Knight serves as the Managing Director, Associate General Counsel, and Chief Legal Officer at Old Westbury Funds within Bessemer Trust since September 2007. In this role, Nicola provides legal counsel and support to mutual funds, hedge funds, and SEC-registered investment advisers, focusing on investment management. Prior experience includes positions as SVP & Senior Securities Counsel and Chief Legal Officer at US Trust (2005-2007), Vice President at Morgan Stanley (2004-2005), and Associate General Counsel at Allianz Global Investors (2000-2004). Nicola holds a Juris Doctor degree from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Marymount College.
