Mike Gozzo

Mike G. is an experienced technology and product leader, currently serving as the Chief Product and Technology Officer at Ada since June 2022, and as an Operating Advisor at Bessemer Venture Partners since May 2024. Previously, Mike held senior product roles at Zendesk from May 2019 to June 2022, advancing through positions such as Senior Vice President and Vice President of Product. As a co-founder and CTO of Smooch.io, Mike contributed to the company’s acquisition by Zendesk for approximately 100M CAD in 2019. Prior experience includes founding SupportKit, leading a successful skunkworks project, developing Appifier, and working at Radialpoint and Matrox Imaging. Mike holds an MBA in Finance & Strategy and a B.Eng in Electrical Engineering from Concordia University.
