Sibley Silcox

Sibley is a talent associate based out of Bessemer’s San Francisco office. She manages Bessemer’s Fellowship Program and helps early career candidates find full-time roles within Bessemer’s portfolio companies.

Sibley joined Bessemer in 2019. She has eight years of experience in executive and office management, three of those years at Bessemer supporting the Talent team and two years managing the San Francisco office.

Sibley earned a bachelor of science degree from the University of California, Sacramento. In her free time, she plays tennis, enjoys exploring San Francisco, and reads abundantly. She firmly believes that books are always better than the movie version.
