Sofia Guerra is a Vice President at Bessemer Venture Partners, focusing on early-stage and growth investments in healthcare and biotech since July 2021. As a Co-Founder and Board Member of Nucleate, Sofia has played a key role in supporting entrepreneurial initiatives within the life sciences sector. Previous experience includes roles as an Investor at BoxGroup and a Venture Fellow at Rough Draft Ventures, along with consulting at Bain & Company. Sofia began their career in research at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Harvard Business School. Educational achievements include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry with High Honors from Harvard University.
